On 17 October 2023 Perry Center Professor of Practice William Godnick spoke about security in the Western Hemisphere to a group of young Latin American professionals participating in the fifth annual Organization of American States Youth and Democracy in the Americas Summit held at the Nancy Pelosi Caucus room of the US House of Representatives. The summit offers young leaders of the Americas the opportunity to discuss the main challenges occurring in their countries with diplomats, politicians, and government officials.
