On March 28, the in-person phase of Perry Center advanced courses concluded with a closing ceremony and reception. The ceremony featured remarks by Mr. Ken LaPlante, Perry Center Acting Director, and Dr. John Melvin Jones, a longtime Foreign Service officer and former US Ambassador to Guyana.

The 56 students, representing 20 countries in the Western Hemisphere and Spain, graduated from this phase and will return home to complete their final papers in the coming weeks.
