On May 9, 2022, the Perry Center hosted the visit of the Command for Education of the Army of Guatemala (COSEDE) to Washington, DC. The Center provided a briefing on our institution and on the latest trends in transnational organized crime and cybersecurity in the Americas for 38 Guatemalan officials that included COSEDE Director Colonel Edgar Fuentes, professors and students.
