On June 25, Perry Center Professor William Godnick spoke on “The Use of Social Media by Defense and Security Institutions” at a webinar hosted by Security and Defense Digital Magazine (Revista Digital Seguridad y Defensa), created by a group of Perry Center alumni from Argentina. The other webinar panelist was Guillermo Pacheco of US Security College who presented on “When Strategy is No Longer Certain.”
