Perry Center Professor Addresses Guatemalan Congress at 21st Parliamentary Intelligence-Security Forum

On March 7, 2022 Perry Center Professor Celina Realuyo addressed the Guatemalan Congress and spoke on “The US Strategy to Counter Corruption” and “The Digitalization of Illicit Networks in the Americas.” She was a US participant in the 21st Parliamentary Intelligence-Security Forum, hosted by Guatemalan President Alejandro Giammattei and President of the Congress Shirley Rivera, that convened 200 current and former parliamentarians from the US, Europe, and Latin America at the National Congress. The Parliamentary Intelligence-Security Forum hosts regular fora for international parliamentarians and government officials to learn from preeminent experts regarding counter-terrorism financing, cyber security, predatory foreign investments, intelligence sharing, 5G, AI, and other relevant topics.
