Perry Center Professor Celina Realuyo guest lectured on “Combating Transnational Organized Crime and Money Laundering in Latin America” for the Geneva Centre for Security Policy’s Leadership in International Security Course (LISC) at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, for students from over 20 countries across the globe on Wednesday, April 29, 2020. The lecture included a discussion on how COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is impacting transnational criminal networks across Latin America and other regions.
