On April 25th, Perry Center Professor Boris Saavedra conducted a VTC in support of the Peruvian Naval Postgraduate School Strategic Management Course for Defense and Crisis Administration (CEDEYAC). With approximately 45 participants, Professor Saavedra discussed the conceptual framework of security and defense in the Western Hemisphere, followed by a lively Q&A session. This VTC is part of the Perry Center’s ongoing collaboration with the CEDEYAC course, and their goal of educating civilians and military personnel in matters of security and defense at both the strategic and policy level.
