On May 7, 2020, Perry Center Professor Celina Realuyo participated in the Inter-American Defense Foundation virtual Extraordinary Meeting: Military Challenges in Times of Crisis. She spoke on “Combating Transnational Organized Crime in the Age of COVID-19 in the Americas” and the implications for the armed forces in the region to a virtual audience of over 120 participants.
