Perry Center Professor Pat Paterson lectured by VTC to nearly 30 students in the Naval Postgraduate School Strategic Management Course for Defense and Crisis Administration (CEDEYAC) in Lima, Peru. The presentation, titled “Políticas de Defensa y Sistemas Regionales de Defensa y Seguridad,” examined the blurred lines between traditional security and defense missions of the public security forces in Latin America. The VTC is part of a series of bimonthly lectures the Perry Center provides to its partner institutions. This is the third it has conducted with CEDEYAC in 2018.
