On September 3, Professor Celina Realuyo from the Perry Center presented on “New challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic in terms of money laundering and terrorist financing” at the “National Forum on Risks and Vulnerabilities / International and Legal Cooperation in matters of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism in the Triple Border Area.” This webinar was organized and sponsored by the Organization of American States/Inter-American Committee against Terrorism, Supreme Court of Paraguay, Association of Magistrates of Paraguay and Alto Paraná for about 300 virtual participants.
