On August 9, 2023, Perry Center Professor Celina Realuyo participated in a discussion titled “A Look at Foreign Policy in the Americas” at the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Diplomatic Academy in Bogota, Colombia. Hosted by Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Francisco J. Coy, and moderated by the former Colombian Ambassador to the United States, Ambassador Camilo Reyes Rodriguez, she spoke before an audience of 50 diplomats on the topic of US foreign policy towards Latin America and US-Colombian relations. Also participating in this discussion was Mr. Joseph Humire, Executive Director of the Center for a Secure Free Society.
