On January 26, 2022, Perry Center professor Celina Realuyo participated in the Education Forum for the Colombian Police on Best Practices and Experiences for the Implementation of the Education Policy for the Public Force (PEFUP 2021-2026). She spoke virtually about “The Evolution of Transnational Organized Crime and How to Fight It” with case studies and strategic foresight for more than 500 in-person and virtual participants.
