On June 13, 2022, Perry Center Professor Celina Realuyo Perry spoke on “The New World Order and Its Impact on the Americas” at Ecuador’s University of the Armed Forces (ESPE) for its centennial celebration. The audience included over 400 military officers and academics from the University of the Armed Forces ESPE and the Army, Navy and Air Force War Colleges. This engagement is part of the academic partnership signed by the Perry Center and Ecuador’s ESPE last year.
