On October 25, Professor Celina Realuyo spoke about “The Convergence of Transnational Threats in the Maritime Domain” in a hybrid seminar for some 220 participants in an International Seminar-Workshop: Current Relations Between Panama and the United States at the University of Panama. Her talk included topics such as the evolution of drug trafficking, the expansion of the drug trade and consumption in international markets, and possible policies to combat transnational organized crime in the maritime domain through international cooperation.
