On March 1, 2014, Perry Center Professors Isidro Sepúlveda and Guillermo Pacheco participated in an activity organized by the Commander in Chief of the Ministry of Defense in Honduras, in an effort to create a defense community. The professors gave two lectures to approximately 150 Perry Center and Colegio de Defensa Nacional de Honduras (National Defense College of Honduras) graduates. Dr. Isidro Sepulveda presented on international security and Professor Guillermo Pacheco presented on public defense policy.
