On June 6, 2022, Perry Center Professors Celina Realuyo and Boris Saavedra briefed some 90 Mexican Army and Air Force officers studying at the Escuela Superior de Guerra de México on US foreign policy, transnational threats, external actors and cybersecurity. The students were from the following three programs: Master’s in Strategic Management, Command and General Staff Course and Command and Air Staff Course.
