On October 4, the Perry Center was happy to welcome students from the National Defense College of Honduras, a recipient of the 2022 William J. Perry Awards for Excellence in Security and Defense Education. The group included Colonel Sergio Portillo (Director), Colonel Leslie Portillo (Assistant Defense Attaché), and 41 participants from the National War College of Honduras. Perry Center Director Dr. Paul Angelo met with the group and Professor Celina Realuyo conducted a session on “New Threats in the Americas.”
