He has been appointed by the General Command of the Ecuadorian Army, to fulfill the function of Rector of the Military College “Crnl. Luciano Coral”, located in the city of Tulcán, province of Carchi. It is a great opportunity to apply the knowledge imparted by the Perry Center especially in the educational context, highlighting innovation, critical thinking and the formation of leaders in the national, regional and global context.
