Leonardo has actively participated in various symposia organized by the Argentine Army Faculty, part of the National Defense University. Among them, the seminar “Joint Storm,” focused on the case of Haiti, stands out. He was also a panelist at the symposium on “Command and Leadership,” where he contributed his insights on strategic leadership. Additionally, within the framework of the National Gendarmerie, he teaches courses at the Higher School focused on Security and Border issues, with particular emphasis on the radicalization of violence, organized crime, and the impact of disruptive technologies.
