The Perry Center would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Minister Ábrego, Juan, and Carolina for their outstanding contributions and recognition during the commemoration of the 83rd Anniversary of the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB) and the Ordinary Meeting of the Council of Delegates at the Soldier’s House, Fort McNair, Washington DC. Carolina, as Executive Secretary of the 16th Cycle of the Conference of Defense Ministers of the Americas for the period 2023-2025, Juan, as Secretary General of the same cycle, and Frank, for his exceptional participation, were all honored with medals for their dedication and leadership in advancing defense cooperation in the Americas. Their achievements in their respective roles—Carolina as National Director of International Defense Cooperation Management, Juan as Secretary of International Defense Affairs, and Frank as Minister of Public Security—reflect their unwavering commitment to strengthening regional security and cooperation.
