WJPC Professor Realuyo Speaks at U Miami NSAC Symposium

NSAC SymposiumOn February 28, Perry Center Professor Celina Realuyo participated in the University of Miami Law School’s annual National Security and Armed Conflict (NSAC) Symposium. She served on a panel discussion on the topic of illicit trafficking and national security, discussing topics including international law and illicit trafficking, and combating illicit monetary networks through private-public partnerships. Other speakers on the panel included: Marine Colonel Daniel Lecce, Staff Judge Advocate at the United States Southern Command; and Captain James Carson, Staff Judge Advocate at Coast Guard District Seven. The panel was moderated by Professors Markus Wagner and Mary Anne Franks of the University of Miami Law School.
