On May 5 Perry Center Director Paul J. Angelo and Professor Celina Realuyo welcomed a delegation from Mexico’s Center for Advanced Naval Studies (CESNAV) led by Rear Admiral Tayatzin Guerrero Mendoza, Director of the Naval War College. They discussed what the US-Mexico Bicentennial Framework for Security, Public Health, and Safe Communities means to cooperation in countering threats along our shared border, fentanyl awareness, and drug supply and demand reduction. The visit follows Director Angelo’s visit to CESNAV in March and a virtual national security strategy course conducted for CESNAV in April by Professor David Spencer.
