On April 23, 2014, the alumni association from Guatemala together with the Ministry of Foreign Relations of Guatemala organized their third conference. Perry Center professors Drs. Kevin Newmeyer and Michael Gold-Biss, gave presentations on the topics of cybersecurity and governability.
