On 23 September 2021 Perry Center Professor William Godnick facilitated a debate on security and defense concept with Peruvian students participating in the course on Strategic Defense Management and Crisis Administration organized by the Naval War College of Peru. The course included more than 60 civilian and military participants from all sectors of Peruivan society.
