On 24 September 2021 WJPC professors David Spencer and William Godnick spoke to the Seminar on Multidimensional Security hosted by the Chilean Academy for Political and Strategic Studies (ANEPE) during a series of sessions on issues related to terrorism and insurgencies in the Western Hemisphere. Professor Spencer spoke on the evolution of these groups over time up to the present day while Professor Godnick spoke about the efforts to address terrorism from policy and human rights perspectives. The seminar included 110 participants from Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, South Korea and the United States.
