Three foreign liaison officers (FLOs) to US Fleet Forces Command (USFF) visited the Perry Center for an organizational briefing and roundtable discussion with members of the faculty and staff. Captain Jorge Andaluz of the Peruvian Navy (a graduate of the 2011 CHDS Strategy and Defense Policy course), Commander Alexandre Itiro Villela Assano of the Brazilian Navy, Commander Francisco Garcia-Huidobro of the Chilean Navy, and US Navy LT Scott Greer joined the Perry Center’s Luis Bitencourt, Manuel Lora, Carlos Ospina, John Thompson, and Michael Borders for a roundtable discussion following an organizational briefing by Dr. Bitencourt.
