On February 10, 2023, Professor Celina Realuyo participated virtually in the Advanced Seminar on National and Regional Security of North America at the University of the Americas Puebla in Puebla, Mexico with 113 Mexican and Latin American graduate students. Professor Realuyo spoke about “The Evolution of Terrorism, Cyberterrorism and Transnational Organized Crime in the Americas.” This seminar, sponsored by the Embassy of the United States and UDLAP, is part of the academic collaboration between the Perry Center and the University of the Americas Puebla in support of the bicentennial anniversary of diplomatic relations between Mexico and the United States.
