On April 25, 2024, the Perry Center hosted a Chilean Air Force delegation. Twenty-nine members of the Chilean Air Force led by Commodore Guillermo Pino, Director of the Education Division of the Chilean Air Force, and Colonel Rodrigo Grunert, Director of the Air War Academy, visited the Perry Center. The group was greeted by Perry Center Deputy Director Ruben Lopez, Dean of Academic Affairs Dr. Scott Tollefson, and Professor Dr. David Spencer. During the visit, the delegation received an orientation briefing and met with faculty and staff. Dr. Spencer also provided remarks on the US view of regional security challenges.
